Overview
Sevenoaks Shopping Center, located in Abbotsford B.C., has chosen to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fraser Valley through their annual Trees of Hope fundraiser. Through the Trees of Hope, local businesses sponsor and decorate a tree that is on display inside the shopping center for the majority of the months of November and December, where nearly 800,000 visitors will see it. All proceeds of tree sponsorships come directly to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fraser Valley, supporting mentoring programs for at-risk children and youth in the Fraser Valley. 2017's Trees of Hope raised $7500.00 for our programs! 2018 will be our second year as the recipient for Trees of Hope.
As a sponsor, these trees present a unique opportunity to showcase your local business and for you to decorate and brand your sponsored tree in a way that is distinctive to your own business. In addition to the exposure these trees will gain from simply being in the mall, they will also receive coverage from Abbotsford News, Star 98.3, Country 107.1 and Kiss Radio.
Each tree is automatically entered into the People’s Choice Award competition where each businesses’ decorating skills will be put to the test. Community members are encouraged to walk through and enjoy the trees and then vote on their top three tree choices. The tree that receives the most votes will be awarded with a quarter page full colour advertisement recognizing the company’s support.

Payment Information
Sponsorship Fee is $550.00 (or receive the early bird fee is paying before October 31st - $500.00).
Set up Information
The Trees of Hope Decorating Party is Sunday, November 18, 2018 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the Sevenoaks Shopping Centre Food Court. You and your decorating team are invited to enjoy some festive goodies while you decorate your tree. This is a great family or team building event! Please use the Food Court Entrance.
Take Down Information
Tree décor must be removed on "date TBD". Please use the Food Court Entrance.
Information on the Trees of Hope
• Trees are pre lit for your convenience
• You may bring your own tree that is within 7 feet high/ 3.5 feet wide with lights.
• Ensure that all ornaments are secured to the tree. Note: Trees are on display in a common area. Use discretion when choosing decorations that are valuable.
• Please do not use glass ornaments to decorate your tree.
• The Trees of Hope will be displayed in the common area of the Centre. Your specific location will be determined for you.
• Signage will be provided with your businesses name and/or logo (.eps or .ai file)
• Only 27 trees available.
• All proceeds to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fraser Valley!
