Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley is encouraging everyone to get active and MOVE FOR MENTORING.

This is a simple and fun way to make a difference in our community. Participants will challenge themselves (and each other) to be active and will help raise pledges in support of children and youth, here in Langley. Throughout the challenge – you complete your physical challenge based on the amount of money that you raised.

At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley, we are committed to providing youth with consistent mentoring relationships and the tools to pursue healthy lifestyles. We need to be there for them now and in the days to come.

1. SIGN UP 

Register an INDIVIDUAL! It is super simple to sign up for our Move for Mentoring Challenge! Just create your individual fundraising page to get started! You can click here to register!

Register a TEAM! The more, the merrier! Grab a friend or two or ten and complete the challenge as a group. Or better yet - grab the rest of your family and get moving together! You can click here to register!

FOR THE PUSH UP KING: I commit to doing one push-up for every $1 I raise for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley!

FOR THE BURPEE LOVER: I commit to doing one burpee for every $1 I raise for Big Brothers big Sisters of Langley!

FOR THE DANCING QUEEN: I will commit to dancing for 1 minute for every $1 I raise for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley!

FOR THE PELOTON COUPLE: We commit to riding 1 minute for every $1 we raise for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley!

FOR THE JUMPING JACK FAMILY: We commit to doing 1 jumping jack for every $1 we raise for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley!

FOR THE COMPETITIVE BIG BROTHER/BIG SISTER MATCHES: My Little will do 1 sit-up for every $1 I (the Big) raise for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley!

FOR THE DREAM TEAMS: We will walk/run 1km for every $10 we raise for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley (while maintaining social distance)!
