Hi! My little sister, Kariah, and I are participating in Move for Kids' Sake 2021 in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dufferin & District, who matched us three years ago.
Kariah and I spend several hours together every weekend and love being active, watching wildlife, and we dance, cycle, bake, do crafts and visit community events and so much more. During lockdowns we still have virtual chats or do crafts together by video. I know how important and beneficial our friendship is for her, and we're helping raise money so that other children can get a mentor too.
FOR EVERY $10 RAISED, Martina will do 30 situps/crunches and Kariah will do as many as she can manage. :)
