As you know I'm heavily involved with Beagle Paws Rescue even though, at times, my heart breaks over some of the cases we help. There are days I want to quit...many days....but I know the work is just too important to leave behind. The Beagle Paws family is about to start a new phase and we have purchased a property in need of some renovations. We are hoping to move in next month and I’m helping complete their new home and could use your help.
Did you know that Beagles are the most neglected dog breed in Newfoundland and Labrador, and the number one breed surrendered to local animal shelters? Approximately 120 Beagles are received into Beagle Paws’ care each year. This continued demand to provide shelter to one specific breed resulted in a need for a larger, more suitable facility for Beagle Paws.
If you can spare a few dollars (or a few hundred ;) ) I'd appreciate it. Our new place is the temporary home our Beagles deserve. Thank you !
