Our Mission
The BC Naturalists' Foundation supports: conservation of nature, education programs for greater awareness of the natural environment, and hands-on restoration projects in nature. Donations and bequests received by the Foundation are invested to generate income for grants to naturalists' clubs throughout British Columbia.
About BC NATURALISTS' FOUNDATION
Formed in 1990 by members of the Federation of BC Naturalists (BC Nature), the BC Naturalists' Foundation is building an increasingly strong capital base, which provides an annual source of funds for BC Nature and its member clubs. Examples of projects funded include: Education Programs, Nature Events, Bioblitz, Wildlife Viewing Area Interpretive Displays, Nature Trail Improvements, Bird and Wildlife Checklists,
