Founded in 2002, the Banff Forum is one of Canada’s pre-eminent public policy forums in which a diverse group of young and established Canadian leaders come together to enhance their leadership skills and debate key issues to build a stronger and better Canada. We do this primarily through our annual retreat held every fall, alternating between Banff and a different location in Canada.

The Banff Forum brings ambitious and accomplished young Canadians from multiple fields together with leading thinkers from around the world to discuss topics of national and international importance. The sessions are off-the-record, which means speakers and participants feel free to express opinions that might otherwise never be shared. The Banff Forum is strictly non-partisan and non-ideological.
