You Can Make a Difference! Like Giaci Does

In Canada, 1 in every 66 children have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and unfortunately there is no cure for this complex, lifelong developmental disability. It can cost upwards of $60,000 annual to fund and support a child with ASD as there are many therapies and extra necessities that are essential for a child on the spectrum to learn and grow. Because of COVID-19, we  are unable to have any fundraising  events and funds are needed now more than ever to meet these children's needs and assist their families. We need your help!

Autism Ontario Windsor-Essex is a charitable, non-profit organization. For the last 40 years, our mandate has been to support and advocate for all individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families - regardless of race, ethnicity, income, religion, or gender identity.

Every parent of a child with Autism wants nothing more than to see their child reach their full potential, and we at Autism Ontario Windsor-Essex Chapter want to do everything we can to help our families who face these challenges. We work to provide support networks and advocacy for those affected by ASD and we are devoted to dismantling the systems of oppression preventing many autistic individuals from realizing their potential and living meaningful lives.

Autism Ontario provides initiatives such as visual aids, learning from home kits, craft kits, baking kits, and much more for individuals on the spectrum who need it. With your donations, we can continue to assist our families in the Windsor-Essex community.

Giaci and his family are so grateful to be able to continue their volunteer work and fundraising with Autism Ontario. The Miceli family has been involved with their local chapter for over 20 years, and their efforts within the community have greatly benefited families who need it. Now, Giaci is reaching out to his TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube followers for help!

Tax receipts will be e-mailed to those who donate anything over $20.00 Canadian.
