Calling All Chocoholics! Get ready for a winter adventure with a sweet and delicious twist! Join us on Sunday, January 12, 2025, to experience the ultimate blend of outdoor fun and chocolatey indulgence at Stokely Creek Lodge during the much-anticipated Chocolate Express! This fun-filled event is not only a treat for your taste buds but also an opportunity to support ARCH Hospice.

​Whether you’re an avid cross-country skier, a snowshoe enthusiast, or someone who can’t resist chocolate, the Chocolate Express has something special in store for you! Picture yourself gliding through the stunning, snow-covered trails of Northern Ontario, surrounded by breathtaking winter landscapes. Along the way, you’ll discover chocolate stations strategically placed on the ski and snowshoe trails, ensuring you’re never far from your next decadent delight.

​Thanks to the generous support of Maitland Ford, these chocolate stations will feature an array of mouth-watering treats designed to keep you energized and satisfied as you enjoy your day. Think rich hot cocoa, chocolate-covered goodies, and more—it’s a chocolate lover’s dream come true!

Details

Passes are $30 or a minimum of $50 in pledges.

Registration is set to begin at 12:00 pm with participants heading out on the trails directly afterward. The event ends at 4pm. For the sixth year in a row, Maitland Ford Lincoln is our Trail Sponsor! Their drivers will be offering free shuttles from Mountain View Public School to Stokely Creek Lodge between 11:30 - 1:30 and 3:00 - 4:30. ARCH Hospice provides quality, compassionate care through end-of-life to Algoma District families at no cost. The emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort of our residents and their loved ones is our highest priority. We offer a home-away-from-home during one of life’s most important moments: the end-of-life journey. ARCH Hospice is only partially government-funded, requiring more than $850,000 annually in community support as well as the generosity of over 150 volunteers to provide our services to the community.
