We also welcome inquiries from other locations and can provide telephone or virtual support via Zoom to locations outside of the province.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering a no-fee Anxiety and Worry Support Program. Trained, experienced peer support workers help people work through an evidenced-based cognitive behaviour program developed by Nicole Carter, MSW, RSW, Director at Valley Centre for Counselling in Dundas, Ontario. ADAM workers connect weekly with participants as they work through the program, via telephone or Zoom. Individualized and small group sessions are offered, along with an on-going peer support group upon completion of the program.
In addition to this program, ADAM is offering telephone support for people experiencing COVID-19 and other anxiety or stress. For more information, please call 204-925-0600 or email us at adam@adam.mb.ca
