The Alberta Sports Hall of Fame recognizes the builders and champions of sport, celebrating their performances and accomplishments. ASHFM represents all groups from men and women, to adaptive sports athletes, members of Indigenous groups and the LGBTQ communities who have represented their communities, both Alberta and Canada on the world stage. Because sport is so much more then just physical activity, the ASHFM's long- term goal is  the preservation, enrichment and development of individuals, community and sport. 

The Alberta Sports Hall of Fame and Museum is a dedicated non-profit organization with a strong belief in celebrating and preserving Alberta's sport, history, and heritage. We aspire to make sure all who work with us receives the support they need to succeed in sport and life. Whether we are working with athletes, builders, or community; we are about preserving sport, learning through play while supporting education and growth in our communities. This is why we exist.
