Diabetes is everywhere - in every industry and every business sector. It is time to STOP DIABETES for good. The Leading the Way Industry Challenge will bring Industries together to support promising research in Alberta to find a CURE for the world.
The Industry Challenge spotlights Alberta companies and brings prestige and recognition to industries that make Alberta great. Industries raising funds for diabetes will be uniquely recognized throughout the 48 Hours to STOP DIABETES livestream Feb 10-12.
An Industry Challenge is launched when a company is the first to donate on behalf of an Industry, and challenges others to meet or beat their donation. Industries compete to raise the most money as people join the Industry Team and/or when clients, employees, suppliers, etc make donations. Donations from all stakeholders, from now until the end of the live webathon on Feb 12th, will be recorded as a contribution on behalf of that Industry.
HERE ARE YOUR OPTIONS FOR CONTRIBUTING TO THIS FUNDRAISER:
MAKE A DONATION. Click on Donate Now. If you want, choose an INDUSTRY TEAM or a PARTICIPANT to donate through or you can just make a general donation to the Industry Challenge fundraiser.
REGISTER YOUR INDUSTRY. Don't see a team registered to your Industry? Contact us at events@abdiabetes.com and we will start a Team for YOUR INDUSTRY. Being the one to initiate a new Industry Team, you will be listed as the Team Sponsor. You can then Join the Team (see below). You can highlight your own company in your participant profile.
JOIN A TEAM. Just search for the INDUSTRY TEAM you would like to be part of and join this team as a participant, either under your company/business name or under your own name. Joining a team is easy and you can start fundraising right away!
