About Active Adult Centre Mississauga

The purpose of Active Adult Centre of Mississauga is to nurture a community of dynamic, healthy, happy and engaged older adults.  We provide affordable, accessible programs and services to create more positive outcomes for older adults.  We improve wellness, encourage independence and seek to relieve loneliness and isolation by establishing, operating and maintaining an older adult centre to provide active and health related programs, support services, education, culture and diverse activities for older adults. Last year 95% of our surveyed membered stated they felt their health and well-being was improved by participation in our programs.
