Aaqitauvik Healing Centre is located in Quaqtaq, Quebec and from its opening in 2008, has been dedicated to the healing of the body, soul and spirit.  At Aaqitauvik our heart is to give hope, restoration and reconciliation to Inuit in Northern Communities through healing sessions and training workshops.

Aaqitauvik also provides a Steps to Freedom Program, which deals with the issues Inuit face such as multiple loss & trauma, abuses and the addictions that have resulted from many of these issues.  We work with the Corrections Centre in Montreal to provide workshops for those incarcerated as well as having those who have been released and desire to make life positive life changes, attend the Steps to Freedom program in Quaqtaq.
