The Work Wellness Institute initiatives recognize that the policies and process that shape the socioeconomic landscape of today, and those required to navigate the disruptions of the future, are, and will be, paved by developing the skills and knowledge establishing high performing, inclusive and employee focused work environments, which will be key in building a responsive Canadian economy.

Working with our partners the primary objective is to build on our mandate to create, disseminate, and evaluate educational resources and tools for Canadian employers to better build responsive, employee focused process and policy that engage, accommodate and retain employees specifically to the benefit of those prospective and present employees living with disability. It continues our role as a central repository and convening partner for high quality research and knowledge mobilization across the multiple industry sectors in Canada.

Building on our community and academic partnerships we build and deliver evidence-informed training and tools that focus on knowledge and skills that enhance inclusive workplaces removing existing barriers and prevent future barriers to the individual's ability to fully contribute to their work, teams, projects and organizations.
