Renaissance, a non-profit organisation founded in 1994, aims to facilitate the social and professional reintegration of people who want to enter the job market, while at the same time calling upon the public to actively protect the environnement by recycling used goods.

Accredited by Services Quebec in 2002, Renaissance offers a wide range of training services with actual work experience. Based in a network of thrift stores, specialized in the resale of clothing and used goods, the training lasts 26 weeks and is geared to the requirements of the work place.
