Can you help Build Love?

Since 2013, The Victoria Humane Society has lived their slogan “Let the Love Begin” rescuing thousands of dogs, cats, kittens and puppies. Yet, every day, the Society faces the heartbreaking reality of turning away so many more that require urgent help. This is due to the lack of space to house these dogs while we can understand their behavior and can match them with the right foster or adoptive homes. Many of the animals, particularly older dogs, need time to decompress, and some require rehabilitation and training before they can be placed in loving homes.

Finally, there is a way that VHS can help if you help. Thanks to a very generous donor the property to build a Rescue and Adoption Centre has been acquired. Now it’s time to Build on the Love! Fences, kennels, play rooms, puppy nurseries, adoption meeting spaces, there is so much that needs to be done and it can only be done with your help.
