St. Thomas' is a primary pastoral provider to west-end Kingston nursing and retirement homes. Parish clergy and lay people lead worship and offer friendly visits to residents in 8 homes. The parish is also a strong supporter of the Partners-In-Mission Food Bank, Lunch-by-George and the Neighbourhood Sharing Centre.
Messy Church a fun learning time for families happens on the 1st Friday of the month beginning at 6:00 pm with a free meal.
The parish also seeks to undertake all of its ministries and facilities in the greenest manner possible.
