St George's has completed its year of sponsorship for a family that came to us as refugees. The friendships made, and the personal support, are ongoing, even though our fundraising for this venture has come to an end. We thank all those who contributed in so many ways to this endeavour.

Laundry is our new challenge. Everyone has it; everyone needs it cleaned; but not everyone can afford it. We are beginning a small work of raising money for laundry detergent that will be distributed by the Four Cs in Haliburton. Our long term goal is to raise enough funds to provide laundry machines to the poor in need. If you would like to donate to this or any other work that St George's is doing, please note that.
