Veith House's vision is of a healthy, vibrant community that supports and empowers children and adults to achieve greater wellbeing and better mental health. We work toward these goals by offering children and adults an inclusive neighbourhood hub. We will foster a more vibrant community by offering support, building resilience, creating a welcoming space and linking with other services.

Veith House is a charity. We have served the North End of Halifax since 1974. We offer a morning preschool program, free counselling, group programs, trusteeship, newcomers support, drop-in coffee hours, wellness programs, meeting and program space for other non-profits, and opportunities to get involved in community gardening and food preparation. Veith House is also the home agency of the North End Community Circle.
