The Opera Kelowna Society is a registered non-profit professional opera company.  We create high calibre opera that is accessible to both opera lovers and future enthusiasts.  Opera Kelowna is dedicated to equipping, educating, enlightening, enriching and entertaining diverse audiences through a rich array of operatic performing arts and programming of the most compelling vocal works, both past and present.

We present a mainstage production annually in August, and offer a studio production featuring new Canadian opera in early spring each year. We work to make Opera accessible throughout our region through a variety of community programs, and we offer education programs targeting both emerging artists and life-long learners.
