About Lowertown Community Resource Centre
Since 1970, the LCRC has been offering a range of social and community services and programs to individuals and families residing in Lowertown. Well established in the neighbourhood, the LCRC focuses its energy on reducing the impact of social exclusion, increasing food security and community engagement, this in collaboration with our partners. Our objectives are to offer direct essential services and programs; to work in partnership; to promote the interests and defend the rights of the residents.
