For over the past 40 years, the Toronto Centre of Learning & Development (CL&D), formerly known as East End Literacy, has been serving Regent Park, Moss Park, and St. James Town with education and training that helps community members reach their potential and build connections. Dynamic programs respond to community needs and include Academic Upgrading, the Immigrant Women Integration Program, and the Food Processing Essential Skills Program. We also have launched two social enterprises: Regent Park Catering Collective and Regent Park Sewing Studio.
