Our Mission
The provision of supportive, therapeutic environments where individuals and families experiencing problematic substance use can get support and guidance while restoring their mental, spiritual, physical and emotional health.
About LAST DOOR RECOVERY SOCIETY
The Society operates two long term residential treatment programs for males – one designed specifically for youth ages 14 – 18 and the other for adults, ages 19+. The facilities are therapeutic environments that include spouses/partners, children and other family members in the recovering community.
For 25 years we have provided a holistic continuum of care that includes physical care, balanced diet, rest, recreation, group and one to one counseling, peer support in large “young” recovery community, 12-step program involvement, positive socialization, spiritual support and education as required. Family, friends, volunteers and community are integral to our program and to the success of the individual.
The motto of the programs are that “recovery can and should be an enjoyable experience.”
